After defeating the Threshold Guardians who guard and protect the palace and the king, their leader, Kng Chicken (written like that on purpose) took the throne and named himself the Overlord of the kingdom.
The people tried to revolt against him but were slaughtered like sheep in a wolf's den. Those who remained hid, hoping that they wouldn't be found and end up dead. Then the last known living Lord, Jayce Williams traveled far and wide to seek out me and my companions, Kalaya, Brynlie, and Holly. When we arrived, you could guess what we found. It felt as if we were too late, but Brynlie being the cheerful person we know her to be kept all our spirits up. While looking over the kingdom that was now in ruins and was lit by fire, we, the Divine Order, decided to step up and reclaim this land from those who took it.
