
材料:翠玉瓜、海鮮菇、洋蔥、五花腩、米、蒜鹽、鮮菇粉
步驟:
1)翠玉瓜切粒、海鮮菇去尾、洋蔥切丁浸水備用
2)五花腩先用蒜鹽+鮮菇粉抓醃30分鐘以上
3)起鍋少油,五花腩鞭炒至出油
4)加入洋蔥炒至軟身
5)加上翠玉瓜繼續炒
6)放入海鮮菇炒至出汁
7)洗好的米在飯鍋,加入已經炒好的配料
8)加入清水至差不多沒過食材位置(因應不同種的米,可適量調整水量)
9)蓋鍋,按煮飯鍵至跳起,食得!
