Meanwhile...at Christ the King Catholic cemetery....A black hole appears near the statue and a hooded man pulling a cart came from it. “Hmm...This world has changed since I was imprisoned,” the man. He opens his hood, revealing a Jewish bearded man carrying a sorcerer staff. “I, Magus, shall turn every one to worship me, the magician!!” the man yelled aloud followed by loud thunder. “Hmm...I sense someone befitting for my show---“before he can continue, the wolf inside the cage on his cart barked loudly with a threatening growl. “Quiet!! Or I will make you a wolf skin for my house,” Magus scolded it. He zapped the wolf with his magic and the wolf whimpers. Magus takes a spellbook and summons an assassin made from shadow. “I want you to capture this boy. He lives near Caregan School. Find him and capture him alive for me,” Magus ordered. The shadow hisses before vanishing in front of him. Magus notices Jesus’s statue near the grave he is standing on and his black eyes are filled with hatred. “You...! You’re the one who exorcised my demon minions and sent me to Hell. Now that you’re no longer in this world, I will take everything you have, “God”!” Magus said with hating tone. Magus destroys a religious statue with his magic into crumbling dust and laughs maniacally. Back at Tyco...Everyone went to sleep early in the night. However, Tyco is the only boy who couldn’t sleep even though he knew it is midnight. “I wish I can sleep like Tane. She slept at 9 PM but me...I’m still an owl in human form,” Tyco thought, sitting near sleeping Tane. As he looks down, he heard a budging sound. Tyco stands and he turned to his owl form. He hides behind the shelves near the door while peeking to the left. A shadow in the shape of a tall man passed through the locked door. “(He just passed through the door!)” Tyco gaped. The shadow walks to the stairs. “(It’s after Tane!)” Tyco looked at the room where Tane is. As it put its foot on the stair, Tyco comes out and attacks it. “(Stay away from her!)” Tyco said. The shadow swings its claw on him, flinging him to the door. Tyco’s back hits the door but he keeps attacking the shadow. Tane and her parents wake up from the banging sound and run downstairs. “Who’s there? What the hell?!” Tane’s dad said. “Tyco!” Tane’s mom said. Tyco screeches loudly. Tane looks around and sees her weapon given by Merlin near the shadow. “This weapon has been enhanced by my magic. Use it on your enemies. This gun can also hit enemy summoned by magic too,” Tane remembered Merlin’s explanation. Tane jumped past the attacking shadow to her gun and blast it away from her house. The shadow vanished upon hitting the ground. Tane smiles proudly and approaches Tyco. “Tyco! Are you okay, little brother?” Tane asked. Tyco returns in his human form with wounds and bruises on his arm and face. “That thing is a monster. I couldn’t even touch it!” Tyco said. “That thing is a shadow. You can’t physically attack a ghost like that. Only Merlin’s gun can touch it,” Tane said. “Tane...I had a bad feeling that this...is just the beginning of that shadow’s attack...,” Tyco said softly. “Don’t speak, Tyco. You’re hurt, we will tend your wound quickly,” Tane said. As Tane’s mom and dad took care of his wound, Tyco fainted from the heavy wound. The next day, Tane wakes Tyco. “Tyco...Tyco...,” Tane said. “(Groan) My head still pounding...,” Tyco said. “You blacked out as soon as we tend your wound. How do you feel?” Tane asked. “I feel all better,” Tyco peeled all the Band-Aids on his skin. No trace of wounds on Tyco’s skin which is very unusual for an Owlman. “No trace of the wound, I can’t believe it,” Tane's father said. "It means that Tyco is more than just an Owl boy," Tane said. Meanwhile...Tane's mom looks at the clock hanging on the wall and realizes that it's 06.00 AM. "Oh no, it's 6 AM! Tane and Tyco will be late for school! Come on now, children. Let's hurry to school!" Tane's mother said. "You're right. Go get yourself ready to school, children," Tane's father said. Tane and Tyco hurry and get ready for school. While getting ready, Tyco complains that he can’t put on his own school shoes. “I can’t wear these shoes. My talons won’t fit in it,” Tyco said. “Don’t wear anything then, just walk barefoot,” Tane said. When they are ready, their father walks them to school. Arriving at school their father gives them advice before they enter the school. "Now then, let me give you advice before I go to work. If someone causes trouble to you... just ignore them, troublemakers won't trouble you again as long as you ignore them," Tane's father said. "Yes father,” Tyco said, his eyes sparkled. "Now go and enjoy your first day of school, son," Tane's father said. “Let’s go, Tyco,” Tane said. Tyco nodded happily and they ran to school. In front of the school gate, Tane looks around. Eyes are set on Tyco the new student before returning back to each other. Tyco thinks about what children would think about him when they see him. Tyco whimpers in owl voice before continuing with Tane. Inside, Tyco follows Tane to their class. When the bell rang, the homeroom teacher enters the class. “Class, today we have a new student. You there, come forward,” the teacher said. Tyco comes forward while rubbing his left arm in self-conscious. “Err...why you aren’t wearing any shoes?” the teacher whispered to Tyco’s ear. “Uh...Have you seen my feet yet?” Tyco whispered back. The teacher sees Tyco’s big bandaged feet and finally understands what Tyco said. The teacher pretends that there’s nothing wrong with Tyco. “Ahem...Anyway, let’s hear your name,” the teacher said. “My name is Tyco...I uh...hope we can work together...,” Tyco said with a nervous look on his face. “Same here,” Gon said. “Tyco...You will be sitting beside Gon’s seat,” the Teacher said. “Yes, sir,” Tyco said. “Now then, let us begin the lesson,” the Teacher said. As the teacher writes down the lesson, Tyco has a hard time understanding the lesson. As far as he can understand Human language, he still has a hard time understanding complicated words. “Need a help?” Gon asked. Tyco nodded with an owl’s voice. “Here, let me explain for you. First, the teacher who wrote on the blackboard there is Mister Ryan the homeroom teacher, he teaches us Math. Try to write down what he wrote on the blackboard, then I will help you with the counting,” Gon said. Tyco writes down the math and Gon taught him while helping him count.415Please respect copyright.PENANAc7jlFbjY55
