Ivan looked at the grilled meat in his hand, and thought of the “object” he recovered.
“By the way… I may have discovered a relic from the old human.” Ivan tried to analysis with what he knew.
“What is that?!” Lotti’s eyes sparked with curiosity.
“That is a weird big piece strapped with obsolete equipment.” Ivan was surprised by Lotti’s curiosity. “I just picked it up, and got your call…”
“You are blaming me now?” Lotti was not pleased.
“What now…”
A loud noise stopped their conversation. Ivan opened the door and saw Yui and the Security Force behind her.
“Stop, in the name of the New World!” The Prefect shouted, and ordered the Automata, “Arrest her!”
Yui had nowhere to run and about to be caught. Right at that moment, Ivan was pushed out by Lotti.
“Help her!” Lotti gestured and whispered.
Ivan wasn’t prepared, he glanced at Lotti and tried to make things up.
“H-hey!” Ivan was scared, “W-what have she done?”
“She is a Tier-2 walking into Tier-1 restricted area, we are arresting her.” The Prefect said with a stern face.
“Please help me, I have no other choice…” Yui almost cried.
Ivan didn’t even have time to think it through, “s-she came for me, is it okay now?”
“What are you even talking about?” The Prefect is not impressed.
