John, a young Red-Crowned Crane, is eager to meet the famous Neil Birdstrong at Bird Colony, but when he loses his way, his wits take him somewhere both embarrassing and surprising, which may or may not lead him straight to the notorious astrobird.

Two-year-old John Golden has always wanted to meet the famous astrobird, Neil Birdstrong. When he gets the opportunity with Bird Colony, the tree that holds most of Loonier Country's bird species, he instantly complies and travels to the majestic tree.

However, soon after he arrives, John is thrust into an adventure that takes him to restaurants and parts of the tree he never thought possible... until he stumbles upon one very specific place that may or may not lead him to Mr. Birdstrong.

Can John's day get any more hectic?
