本名就是阿笠博士（あがさひろし，Agasa Hiroshi）的博士，會給柯南提供各種道具。
算是讓「柯學」有別於「科學」的一大責任人。
會帶少年偵探團出遊，也算是出場時比較不會死人的角色。感覺劇情比較輕鬆。
但喜歡的原因是因為像哆啦A夢。
感覺跟他要道具，很多都能生出來。
