我認為是——沒有力氣哭，沒力氣生氣，沒力氣「跟人訴說」
如果說每個情緒都有功能，例如悲傷的功能是促使我們與人尋求連結，
那麼，假如悲傷到了極致，甚至連與人連結的力氣都沒有了，
那又是如何呢？
就像，假如你已經餓了，
面前有一盤食物，但你沒有力氣走去拿來吃。
因為已經打從心底認為，就算吃了那食物，也解決不了飢餓。
