Sixteen-year-old Chae-yeon has spent her whole life in the United States, until she learns that she has South Korean roots. Eager to discover her past, she moves to Korea, but everything is different – the language, the culture, the people. Though it’s tough, she’s determined to adapt.
Just as things start to feel normal, five new students join her class, including Kai, the leader of the hottest K-pop group, StarX.
