在藍天下，創造美好的校園回憶⋯⋯

一個平靜安穩的小鎮中，有一所叫「晴林學園」的學校因現時生育率下降和另一所新建的學校，「赤空學園」的出現等問題而面臨殺校危機。作為舊生兼現任老師——真崎和樹為此而在會議中發表自己的計劃書，但得不到支持。

2A班的班長——佐野千葉途中聽到此事後，因以前受到真崎的幫助和對他的情感而萌生想幫助他的想法。在左思右想時，從她的父親聽到有關學校的文化祭「藍天祭」的事，令她覺得這個活動會成為幫助學校和真崎的方法，於是決定在班會上提出此活動。
