Chapter II A New Case
"Well if you guys get in trouble I am not in this!" said Jennifer with a tone of annoyance in her voice. "You won't have to pay the money that you owe if you come!" said Peter.
"Yes, yes, yes I want to participate! Come on where do we start?" said Jennifer hurriedly. "Calm down. I thought you didn't want to participate a few seconds before!" said Leo. "I know right Jennifer is just so messed up" said Peter.
"That was before... Why do you guys hate me so much?" said Jennifer turning red. Exactly after she said that Professor Smart Alec came in and said "Okay everyone here is allowed to go home. So I guess see you next year! Happy Summer Break!" "I hope not" Peter thought.
"Hey guys look at those headlines on that TV!" said Leo walking outside of school. The headlines said "BREAKING NEWS: Mysterious Dinosaurs has took one more person hostage.
This time authorities have concluded that these dinosaurs have been only taking chairmen from John F. Kennedy high school." "Goodness I wonder why these dinosaurs are after chairmen from our school!" said Squawk.
"Oh yeah and the other day I heard Professor Smart Alec and Mr. Fabulon fighting over a pay raise." said Jennifer. "That could be a lead!" said Leo."Guys we should start working on this case as soon as possible for fresh leads!" said Peter.
"First we should go look to see if anyone in the Mystery Shack has offered to do the case yet." said Peter. "Guys you know that we won't get the case. Why are we wasting our time. Do you guys have common sense?" shouted Jennifer.
"Come on Jennifer" said Peter as he and Leo began to drag Jennifer to the HQ of the Mystery shack. "Let me go!" growled Jennifer. "Fine, Fine, Fine." said Leo smirking. "When I-" said Jennifer. "Thank God Jennifer did not say the rest of it" said Peter.
Peter and his group of friends went to the HQ of the Mystery Shack, a secret room under Burger King. While they were going to the secret room Mr. Sclontzemthompsen a clerk at Burger King said "Hello guys! Want to buy some unhealthy, chemically treated, fat based items from the dollar menu?"
"How can people eat that stuff" said Leo. "That guy needs to learn how to advertise" said Peter. "At least it's honest advertising" replied Leo. "Uh no thanks we are good." Jennifer said replying Mr. Sclontzemthompsen question.
"No wait, wait count me in! I need a double cheeseburger and hold the lettuce. Don't be frontin' son no seeds on a bun..." said Squawk replying to Mr. Sclontzemthompsen with such relish.
